I am a recent doctoral graduate from the School of Nursing, the Catholic University of America, Washington D.C. USA. In 16 years within adult health nursing, I have developed skills in managing nursing personnel, designing and administering nursing services, and have developed teaching skills as well as experience in nursing research especially in qualitative research which is the methodology I used for my doctoral dissertation.
